Matt Morris is multitasking at Eurosatory, “manning” the Brookwood booth, and attending the symposium in the US pavilion which was titled ‘Operations in the Arctic’.  At the podium is Major General Peter Andrysiak, Deputy Commanding General US Army Europe/Africa speaking about the geostrategic importance in training and equipping forces.  The other speakers were representatives from France, Finland, and NATO.
