Print Machine Operator at Brookwood® Finishing – Kenyon, RI 02836

Our Print Shop, which utilizes a rotary screen-printing machine to print designs on textiles, is currently seeking Side Tenders, Back Tenders, and Color Mixers for evening and night shifts.

  • 2nd shift (3p-11p)
  • 3rd shift (11p-7a)

As a Side Tender, you will run the print machine in the absence of the Printer Operator, order color, wash screens, and make new blades for color paddles.

As a Back Tender, you will assist with print machine setup, take printed goods off the machine and wash color paddles.

As a Color Mixer, you will make colors per established formulas, cover other print positions, and take printed goods off the machine.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Previous print operations experience (or equivalent) required
  • Previous experience in manufacturing environment required
  • Ability to move and lift up to 75 pounds
  • Read and write English
  • Good sense of color
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment
